SoF Merch Design Contest

Everyone loves great Merch. Guess what? It’s time to create some!

Our event entails for any and all people interested in having their design featured in our first ever Shape of Flower collection. 

We’re accepting entries on Monday, November 23rd up until December 4th at 11:59 pm.

The rules of the Merch Contest are as follows:

1. Submit a design using the Shape of Flower (SoF) Logo that’s suitable for reproduction on hoodies.

2. Designs of the hoodie can be funny, serious, formal, fashionable, or just silly. But make sure you cover the SoF organization in your design(s).

3. The overall design must be unique to you. It must NOT use copyrighted material such as stock imagery, clip art, for which you cannot prove it is in the public domain or royalty-free. No one wants to be sued. Please make/create your own designs.

4. All designs should be submitted to shapeofflower@gmail.com with a brief design description (Max 250 words) and what it means to you.

5. The submitting user gives SoF the right to use the design for the purposes of making various goods available for sale in the SoF Merch collection on a non-profit basis, for giveaways, further development of the organization, and marketing purposes. Please note, being selected as a winner does not guarantee the design will ultimately be featured in the store.

6. Technical Details: Designs should be submitted in PNG Format, at least 3000 x 3000 px in size. SoF 

reserves the right to edit the design(s) as necessary, to make it suitable for production and distribution.

The winner will receive a gift card and a hoodie with their design. 2nd and 3rd place winners may or may not be featured in the store (They will be updated after the completion of the contest). The winners will be featured on all of SoF’s social media platforms.

SoF reserves the final right of veto in the event of a dispute, or suspicions of manipulation in the event of plagiarism, intellectual property infringement, or copyright issues.
